The NiSi Black Mist for the DJI Pocket 4 Pro creates softer highlights and a subtle, cinematic look right from the moment you start recording. This precisely fitting camera filter is ideal for content creators, vloggers, and filmmakers who want to add more atmosphere to their travel videos, social media clips, or YouTube content.
Black Mist Effect for Softer Highlights and Skin Tones
The Black Mist filter gently diffuses particularly bright areas of the image and creates a subtle glow around highlights. As a result, lights, reflections, and other bright details in the scene appear less harsh, while the overall image takes on a softer, more cinematic character. At the same time, it reduces the strong digital contrast typical of modern cameras without completely softening the subject. This can be particularly beneficial for portraits, interviews, and shots taken under artificial lighting, as fine skin details appear less prominent. The NiSi Black Mist for DJI Pocket 4 Pro is also ideal for nighttime shots, indoor scenes, and atmospheric travel videos where light sources are intentionally used as a creative element. This allows content creators to achieve a distinctive look right from the moment of capture, eliminating the need to simulate the diffusion effect exclusively in post-production.
Precision-Fit Design for the DJI Pocket 4 Pro
The filter was developed specifically for the DJI Pocket 4 Pro and uses the camera’s original snap-in mount. This ensures it sits securely on the camera module and does not come loose unintentionally during normal movements. The exceptionally slim frame is designed so that it does not interfere with powering the camera on or off, nor with the camera’s free movement. This is crucial for a compact gimbal camera, as a filter that is too large or too heavy could hinder the mechanics. The lightweight construction of the NiSi Black Mist for DJI Pocket 4 Pro preserves the gimbal’s intended balance and does not affect its calibration. This ensures that pans, walking shots, and dynamic perspective changes remain stable. This provides a practical solution for vlogging, travel videos, and mobile YouTube productions that can be used directly on the camera without an additional filter system.
Nano-coating for clear shots on the go
The filter glass features an anti-reflective nano-coating on both sides. It reduces distracting light reflections that can occur with side lighting, artificial light sources, or high-contrast subjects. At the same time, the surface repels water and oil. As a result, raindrops, fingerprints, and other residues adhere less strongly and are easier to remove. These features ensure reliable performance while traveling, at events, and during outdoor shoots, where the small camera is frequently taken out of a pocket or operated directly by hand. The compact frame adds virtually no extra weight and remains perfectly aligned with the movable camera head. The NiSi Black Mist for DJI Pocket 4 Pro thus combines a creative diffusion effect with a practical, everyday design for content creators, filmmakers, and social media users who want to achieve a softer visual style without extensive accessories.
