Return Policy

*INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) RECEIVED
All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 5 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
LEE PHOTO only bears the cost which is sent from our side, not the return way. Strictly no return or exchange for sales item. We truly apologize for sending/mailing you the incorrect/defective item(s). Please take a snapshot & provide us the details/name of the wrong/defective item(s) received and email us directly at leephoto66@gmail.com. We will reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred. However, if the item is no longer available for exchange, then a refund will be processed. Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
