Laowa 17mm T1.9 MFT Cine is a high-speed compact lens with a 65° angle of view on Micro Four Thirds sensor. This AoV is named as the most versatile focal length of any prime length that fits almost every photography genre, like wedding, travel, portrait, etc... Zcam E2-M4, BMPCC 4K, GH5, and other MFT cameras would fit this lens perfectly.

 The constant T1.9 maximum t-stop allows users to film in low-light conditions without too many constraints in settings. It can render blurred background and creamy bokeh as well.

The 15mm/ 5.9” minimum focusing distance becomes extra useful when shooting close-up subjects. It is beneficial when rendering rather creamy bokeh with 7 aperture blades and creating smooth good subject separation from the background.

49mm filter thread for use with standard screw-in filters.

Industry-standard 0.8 mod gears on both aperture and focus rings.

Stepless aperture ring offers smooth iris control.

Both imperial and metric scales are printed on the lens body.

Weighed around 175g /6.17oz with a tiny body size i.e. Φ56 x 53mm (2.20 x  2.08”), this lens fits well with smaller MFT cinema cameras like BMPCC 4K.
